As a Senior Engineer/Technical Lead, you will:

• Build robust and scalable software for high-volume web-based applications across the stack.
• Inherit a small but well-oiled squad of engineers and supercharge their delivery by providing technical oversight, developing roadmaps, optimizing for speed and quality, and identifying areas for improvement. This role focuses on technical leadership, not people management.

You’ll be someone who...

• Has commercial experience with either Python or a JVM language (Java/Scala/Kotlin) on the back-end, and React/TypeScript on the front-end. You probably lean towards back-end experience.
• May be a Senior Engineer ready to step up, an established Technical Lead, a Staff Engineer, or even an Engineering Manager who wants to stay hands-on.
• Enjoys collaborating and improving cross-team efficiencies to deliver outstanding products to customers.
