The Role

We're on the lookout for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join a growing cross-functional team of Developers, QA, and Designers, reporting directly to the Technical Director . This is a hybrid role , requiring you to work from our Nottingham office part of the week.

You'll play a key role in developing, maintaining, and improving our software solutions, ensuring high performance and scalability. Beyond coding, you'll be expected to mentor and coach junior engineers , helping to drive best practices across the team.

What We're Looking For

5 years of experience in software engineering
Strong proficiency in PHP, Laravel, Vue.js, MySQL
Hands-on experience with Docker and Terraform (desirable)
Proven experience mentoring and coaching engineers
Comfortable working in a collaborative, Agile environment
