Job summary

Hackajob Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Golang Engineer to lead backend and full-stack initiatives within a global engineering team. You will design, develop, and deploy scalable Golang services, collaborating with Tech Leads and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust solutions.

The role emphasizes mentorship of mid-level and junior developers, improvement of development processes, and cross-functional collaboration with frontend teams using React/TypeScript.

• Set and uphold quality assurance and coding standards across the team.
• Facilitate technical discussions, planning sessions, and code reviews to promote knowledge sharing.
• Ensure seamless integration of developed software into business systems through testing and documentation.
• Shape the future of internal development processes by building full-stack systems for global teams.
