Job summary

Festina Finance seeks a Senior Software Developer to help build Festina Life and pension solutions for the UK market. You will collaborate with Denmark-based teams while our Manchester office is established, starting with remote work and moving to hybrid/office as needed.

You will design REST APIs, integrate into large system landscapes, and work with pension specialists across borders. Strong Java/C# coding and enterprise integration experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of domain experience in the UK pensions industry/financial sector.
• Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong coding background in Java, C# or similar; experience with cloud technologies is a plus.
• A structured, self-driven team player who enjoys collaboration and focused work.
• Experience integrating with enterprise ecosystems in pensions/insurance.

Responsibilities

• Design and build REST APIs and integrate components into large system landscapes.
• Work closely with pension specialists in the UK and other countries.
• Contribute to creation and development of the UK layer.
• Engage in automated testing and performance optimisation.
