Senior Software Developer in Test - Mobile

What you’ll do:

1. Lead system-level quality engineering and delivery in a cross-functional mobile engineering team to deliver high-quality solutions that improve outcomes for our customers.
2. Lead the test approach, automated testing, and manual testing of complex systems where appropriate.
3. Mentor and grow junior engineers by leading from the front and supporting team development.
4. Own the stability of environments, automated tests, and CI/CD tooling.
5. Enhance the quality and security posture of applications within the Outcome Team and across multiple engineering teams working on Capital One's Android and iOS mobile apps.

• A hands-on technical leader with strong programming skills, especially in Kotlin and Swift, with experience in writing automated tests.
