Senior Software Developer in Test - Mobile
What you’ll do:
- Lead system-level quality engineering and delivery in a cross-functional mobile engineering team to deliver high-quality solutions that improve outcomes for our customers.
- Lead the test approach, automated testing, and manual testing of complex systems where appropriate.
- Mentor and grow junior engineers by leading from the front and supporting team development.
- Own the stability of environments, automated tests, and CI/CD tooling.
- Enhance the quality and security posture of applications within the Outcome Team and across multiple engineering teams working on Capital One's Android and iOS mobile apps.
What we’re looking for:
- A hands-on technical leader with strong programming skills, especially in Kotlin and Swift, with experience in writing automated tests.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
- A collaborative team player capable of guiding others and solving complex problems.
- A proactive attitude with a desire to positively impact people and systems.
