Job summary

Reply specialises in designing and implementing solutions based on new communication channels and digital media. As a Senior Software Developer, you will help organisations embed AI into real-world operations, tackling a wide range of technical challenges across the full technology stack, likely running on cloud infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3–5 years’ experience in software development roles, ideally with exposure to both cloud and AI development.
• Proven experience working within teams in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of modern delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, hybrid models) and governance practices.
• Credible and structured communication style, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Proactive and enthusiastic, with the ability to take ownership of challenges and deliver solutions.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity, maintaining clarity and momentum across evolving scopes.
• Strong interest in continuous learning, staying current with emerging technologies and real-world AI applications.
• Experience in regulated or complex sectors (e.g. financial services) and a consulting background with client-facing delivery experience is preferred.
