Job summary

Pinewood.AI is seeking experienced Senior Developers to join our Marylebone-based engineering teams. You will help design, develop, and deliver the Pinewood Automotive Intelligence Platform, collaborating with Product, testers, UI/UX, and engineering colleagues across the full software lifecycle.

You will work hands-on to build new features, integrations with third-party systems, and maintain high engineering standards in a collaborative, enterprise SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Developer in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET / .NET Core, SQL / T-SQL.
• Experience delivering front-end functionality with HTML, JavaScript, and Razor.
• Experience building integrations using REST APIs.
• Practical experience with Azure Cloud Services and Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance enterprise-grade software solutions using C#, .NET / .NET Core, Razor, Web API, SQL Server, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, testers, UI/UX, and engineers to deliver new functionality and integrations.
• Remain hands-on across the full .NET stack and CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop and maintain integrations with third-party platforms via REST APIs and other methods.
• Champion best practices for scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
• Contribute to tooling and engineering practices with the wider team.
• Participate in technical discussions and drive product improvements.
• Diagnose complex issues, including integration, data consistency, and performance.
• Support code quality through peer reviews and knowledge sharing.

Pinewood.AI is looking for experienced hands‑on Senior Developers to play a key role in our software development teams based in Marylebone. Working closely with Lead Developers, Engineering colleagues, Product, testers, and other colleagues across the wider business, you will support the delivery and ongoing development of our Automotive Intelligence Platform.

As a senior member of the team, you will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions for the Pinewood Automotive Intelligence Platform, our enterprise-scale SaaS product used by automotive retailers and OEMs worldwide.

This role is ideal for a strong, hands‑on developer who enjoys building new product features, developing integrations with third‑party systems, and working across the full software development lifecycle while supporting high engineering standards within a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance enterprise-level software solutions using C#, .NET / .NET Core, Razor, Web API, SQL Server, HTML, and JavaScript
• Work closely with Product Owners, testers, UI/UX specialists, and Engineering colleagues to deliver new functionality, improvements, and integrations with third-party systems
• Remain hands‑on in coding, solution design, and development across the full .NET stack
• Develop and maintain integrations with third‑party platforms using APIs and other integration methods
• Support best practices across development, testing, and deployment to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, development tooling, and engineering practices alongside the wider Engineering team
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute ideas that support product improvement and delivery effectiveness
• Diagnose complex technical issues, including integration challenges, data consistency issues, and performance improvements
• Support knowledge sharing and code quality through peer reviews and collaboration
• Contribute to a collaborative engineering culture focused on clean, efficient code and practical delivery

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Developer within a SaaS or enterprise software environment
• Strong hands‑on expertise in C#, .NET / .NET Core, and SQL / T‑SQL
• Solid understanding of database design, performance optimisation, and query tuning
• Experience delivering front‑end functionality using HTML, JavaScript, and Razor
• Experience building and supporting integrations with third‑party systems using REST APIs or similar technologies
• Practical experience working with Azure Cloud Services and Azure DevOps, or equivalent CI/CD tooling
• Proficiency with Visual Studio or VS Code
• Strong understanding of software development practices and agile delivery methods
• Experience working across the full software development lifecycle, from concept through to production support
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a passion for clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Experience in enterprise SaaS industries, or with complex, high‑availability platforms, would be beneficial
