Job summary

Stratospherec Ltd in Horsham (West Sussex) is seeking an experienced Software Delivery Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead multiple client-facing software development and implementation projects for a global fintech platform. The role combines office time in Horsham with two days remote per week.

You will oversee projects from initiation to closure, align with contract terms, manage budgets and risks, and collaborate with clients, partners and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering IT services to Tier 1 UK Financial Services or similar organisations.
• Experience managing large-scale projects through full lifecycle in regulated environments.
• Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget with high quality.
• Strong business analysis, scoping, and estimating capabilities.
• Knowledge of agile and waterfall methodologies and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain clear project schedules and track progress.
• Deliver projects in accordance with contract terms and client expectations.
• Define project quality standards with the customer and stakeholders.
• Identify resource requirements and plan accordingly.
• Manage project risks and issues and escalate when needed.
• Oversee change management and ensure ownership and action.
• Provide timely progress reports and communications to stakeholders.
• Organise project reviews and capture lessons learned for improvement.
• Build and manage relationships across delivery teams, clients, partners and suppliers.
• Identify and manage supplier/partner deliverables and contracts.
