Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on software engineering experience across product ecosystems.
• Deep expertise in web application development with fluency in Python or Java and modern frameworks.
• Strong grounding in relational data modeling and API design.
• Experience with authentication, authorization, security posture, and external systems.
• Track record of leading architecture discussions to decisions with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the architectural view spanning our marketing products, covering integration points, data flows, identity and access boundaries, shared services, and areas of architectural drift.
• Design architecture for new products or major features and lead architecture discussions and design reviews with product and engineering teams.
• Drive technical excellence and grow engineering talent by setting standards and mentoring engineers.
• Ensure our foundations can support future growth by continuous assessment and collaboration with leadership.
