Job summary

Tripod Partners is seeking an Experienced Social Worker for the MASH team at Nottingham City, based at Loxley House. The role focuses on safeguarding children, risk assessment, and multi-agency coordination.

You will screen referrals, assess needs, and work with families and partner agencies to ensure timely interventions. The position commands a pay rate of £37.50 per hour and requires a minimum of three years in social work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' social work experience.
• Experience in safeguarding and multi-agency work is desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Screen contacts and referrals for the City MASH.
• Identify and assess safeguarding risks for children and young people.
• Undertake enquiries and gather information from partner agencies.
• Work with families to understand circumstances and support needs.
• Share information to support safeguarding decisions.
• Maintain accurate case records and work collaboratively with the team.
