Qualifications

• Registration with Social Work England is required.
• Significant post-qualification experience in social work, particularly within locality/community settings.
• Strong understanding of relevant legislation and safeguarding practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify needs of individuals and families.
• Develop and implement tailored intervention plans that promote positive outcomes.
• Provide supervision and support to junior social workers and social care staff.
• Collaborate with multi-agency partners to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with local policies and legal requirements.
