Job summary

Qualifications

• Recognised social work qualification and SW England registration.
• Experience safeguarding and working with children and families.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a varied caseload.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify needs of children and families.
• Develop and implement tailored care plans to ensure safety and wellbeing.
• Coordinate services with multi-agency teams.
• Maintain accurate case records and documentation.
• Provide support and guidance to families to enable positive change.
• Participate in court proceedings and present evidence as required.
