Richmond and Wandsworth Councils are seeking experienced Senior Social Workers within Adults to join our Localities Teams. We focus on improving outcomes for vulnerable adults and their carers while supporting independence.
The team includes a Service Manager, Assistant Service Managers, Senior Social Workers, Social Workers, and Social Care Assessors. They provide a holistic, personalised, strength-based service to residents over 18 with physical disabilities and older people with physical and mental health disabilities.
