Job summary

Caritas Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner (social work qualified) to join Trafford’s Children’s Assessment and Safeguarding Service. You will carry out statutory child protection duties, complete single assessments and s47 inquiries, and manage complex CIN/CP/Court cases.

The role offers a mix of remote and office working with flexible hours, monthly supervision, and extensive training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Social Work England registration.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Full UK drivers' licence.
• Post-qualified experience in children\'s services.

Responsibilities

• Working with children on the child protection register, looked after children and children in need
• Attending court
