Type: Permanent | Hybrid | 36 hours per week

At Surrey County Council, we’re looking for a Senior Social Worker to join our Multi-Agency Partnership (MAP) Team — formerly known as MASH — the front door of Children’s Services, where safeguarding decisions start. What we’re looking for:
2–3+ years UK post-qualifying experience in statutory Children’s Services
Confident in multi-agency working, with strong analysis and decision-making skills
Skilled at managing thresholds, triaging referrals, and contributing to timely safeguarding responses
