Archer Resourcing have a unique opportunity for a Senior Social Worker to join the Family Assessment and Safeguarding Team in Great Yarmouth.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Managing a complex caseload
• Ensuring that at all times you work with a commitment to Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the service users
• Developing realistic and achievable action plans and trajectories, to measure the progress made by individuals
• Taking part in court proceedings
• Monitoring and reviewing cases
• Working in partnership with other agencies and professionals to create the best possible outcome for individuals

Requirements:

• Degree in Social Work
• Significant relevant experience of working in Adults Services
• Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work flexibly and creatively
• Openness to learning, as well as new ways of working
• Experience in supporting other practitioners; or relevant transferrable skills with a desire to progress
• Current registration with an appropriate regulatory/professional body
