Qualifications

• Qualified senior social work practitioner with substantial frontline statutory and leaving care experience.
• Experience in risk assessments, care proceedings, and safeguarding investigations.

Responsibilities

• Provide autonomous complex casework within Leaving Care.
• Supervise and develop a number of personal advisors and social workers.
• Mentor less experienced staff to promote best practice and positive outcomes for children and young people.
