We’re looking for a Senior Social Media & Content Strategy Manager to lead the strategic thinking across client accounts, bring sharp insight and creative energy to our campaigns, and help shape the way our clients show up and grow online. If you can go from building a content strategy deck one day to planning a shoot or reviewing analytics the next, this is for you.

This role is a hybrid of strategist and executor — someone who can guide clients with confidence, brief and collaborate with the team, and always be thinking about what will drive growth next. The ideal candidate has direct experience working in an agency environment and is experienced in building actionable social media and content strategies, developing brand positioning and messaging, and can articulate such plans to clients in a clear, concise manner.

AT A GLANCE:

Full-time contract with hybrid working.

London (2 office days per week) - must be UK-based.

Ideally 3-4+ years’ experience in social media/content roles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead social and content strategy across multiple clients from yearly roadmaps and messaging frameworks to reactive campaign ideas and channel guidance.
  • Be a clear, confident client advisor on a day-to-day basis supporting the Client Director and working with the Social Media Manager(s), presenting strategy and insights, and ensuring we're driving meaningful growth.
  • Build growth strategies: Set objectives, develop platform-specific plans, and map out how content will convert relevance into fandom and fandom into revenue.
  • Plan content shoots: Collaborate closely with Social Media Managers and Content Production Studio to plan content shoots, ensuring creative output matches strategy.
  • Measure what matters: Define KPIs, track content and community performance, and lead client reporting with strategic recommendations baked in.
  • Inspire great creative: Collaborate with our creative, design, and video teams to make sure our output is as engaging as it is strategic.
  • Stay ahead of culture and trends: Conduct audience and cultural research to inform our creative and strategic thinking.
  • Contribute to growth: Support proposals, renewals, and upsells through smart thinking, case studies, and client performance insights.

YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Proven ability to build and deliver social and content strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Confident communicator: Able to lead client conversations and internal brainstorms alike.
  • Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and short-form culture plus experience growing brand presence on at least two of these.
  • A creative eye: you know what will perform, and how to brief and deliver content that lands.
  • Confident using analytics tools and platform insights to shape strategy and track progress, steer creative ideas, and develop client-facing reports.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and calm under pressure.
  • Hands-on mindset: you’re not afraid to jump into content production or shoot planning.
  • Based within commuting distance of London.

  • Have agency experience working across sport, gaming, or brands heavily invested in culture.
  • Have worked closely with creators, talent, or influencers.
  • Bring video or editing skills of your own.
  • Have personal experience growing brands through the power of content (side hustle, channel, community).
