Chic The Agency in Wilmslow, Cheshire seeks a Senior Social & Content Executive to lead day-to-day content delivery for multiple client brands. This hybrid role blends remote work with in-office collaboration and hands-on creative work across campaigns, socials, and influencer projects.

You'll work with the Senior Manager to experiment with trends, plan content, analyse performance, and mentor junior teammates while maintaining brand guidelines and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing social media accounts for multiple clients.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn) and their audiences.
• Advanced content planning, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills.
• Extensive knowledge of social analytics and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Creative thinker, proactive, and able to take ownership of projects from concept to completion.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day content delivery across client accounts and ensure timely delivery.
• Schedule posts and manage client communications and feedback.
• Work with the Senior Manager to develop strategic thinking and testing of trends.
• Test and implement new content formats and platform behaviours.
• Oversee shoots and content production, guiding juniors and coordinating with collaborators.
• Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies for growth.
