Job summary

Chic The Agency, a boutique creative content agency based in Wilmslow, is seeking a senior Creator & Influencer Lead to own influencer relationships across client accounts. You’ll source, negotiate, contract, and manage partnerships, shaping how creators feed into brand strategies while building Chic's own creator database.

With a strong black book of talent, you’ll manage campaigns end-to-end, mentor teams, and stay ahead of platform trends.

Qualifications

4+ years' experience managing influencer, creator, or talent relationships, ideally agency-side.
Ability to own the full cycle from sourcing and negotiation to contracting, delivery and reporting.
Established senior network of creators, influencers, talent managers, and agencies.

Responsibilities

Source influencers aligned with client goals and brand strategy.
Negotiate fees, deliverables, usage rights, and timelines with creators and reps.
Manage contracts and ensure deliverables meet briefs and deadlines.
Oversee creator-led content for organic and paid use across campaigns.
Expand and manage Chic's creator database for cross-client use.
Track performance metrics and translate insights into future sourcing decisions.
