Job summary

Wearejam in Manchester is seeking a creative content specialist who thrives on social-first content and performance-driven ideas. You will develop concepts, write scripts and captions, and lead shoots from planning to delivery across luxury travel, personal finance, property and lifestyle clients.

You’ll film, edit, and create motion graphics, using performance insights to optimize every piece of content. Collaboration with the Social Media Account Director shapes strategies that genuinely move

Qualifications

• Has agency experience creating social-first content.
• Knows Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube inside out.
• Proficient planning, filming and editing using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Can create standout motion graphics.
• Understands analytics, reporting and optimisation.
• Brings ideas to the table rather than waiting for a brief.

Responsibilities

• Develop ideas from concept to completion, writing scripts and captions, leading shoots and filming.
• Edit video and motion graphics to improve performance based on insights.
• Shape content strategies with the Social Media Account Director to move the needle.
