Job summary

Justmylook is seeking a Senior Social Content Creator based in Cleckheaton to own the creative direction for our Instagram and TikTok. You will develop social-first concepts, produce and edit Reels, Stories and UGC, and translate trends into compelling content that stops thumbs.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, office-based role 5 days a week, partnering with PR and influencer activity, testing new formats, and raising the overall standard of our social output.

Qualifications

• Experience creating content for TikTok and Instagram.
• Proven short-form video and UGC experience.
• Ability to develop creative concepts, not just execute briefs.
• Strong sense of trends, hooks and social-first content.
• Experience taking campaigns from concept to execution.

About the role

This is more than just creating content. You’ll help shape the creative direction of Justmylook’s social presence, taking ideas from concept through to execution.

You’ll be:

• Developing social-first creative concepts across TikTok and Instagram
• Creating and editing Reels, Stories, UGC and short-form video
• Turning trends, cultural moments and commercial priorities into engaging content
• Developing strong hooks, recurring formats and creative series
• Supporting PR outreach, influencer activity, gifting and campaigns
• Taking creative ideas from initial concept through to final execution
• Testing new formats and using performance insights to improve content
• Helping raise the creative standards across the wider social team
