Job summary

Justmylook in Cleckheaton is seeking an organised Influencer, PR & Community Executive to own influencer relationships, PR outreach, gifting and creator activity for our beauty-focused brand.

This hands-on role requires around 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR or creator partnerships, with strong knowledge of the beauty influencer landscape and a flair for creative, commercially minded ideas. 5 days in the office, in a fast-moving, social-first retailer.

Qualifications

• Around 2 years' experience in influencer marketing, PR, social or creator partnerships.
• Experience with PR outreach and external communications.
• Strong knowledge of influencer landscape, especially in beauty.
• Ability to assess creators by engagement, audience, content quality and fit.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify influencers across TikTok and Instagram.
• Build and maintain an influencer/PR database.
• Manage creator relationships and PR outreach.
• Oversee monthly PR box rollout from concept to delivery.
• Develop gifting, seeding and PR opportunities.
• Support influencer campaigns from outreach to wrap.
• Coordinate creator outreach, deliverables and deadlines.
• Plan influencer guest lists and manage event outreach.

We’re looking for an organised, creative and commercially minded Influencer, PR & Community Executive to take ownership of influencer relationships, PR outreach, gifting and creator activity for one of the UK’s most exciting beauty retailers.

Justmylook is a fast-moving, social-first beauty retailer bringing together some of the biggest beauty brands, cult favourites and exciting new discoveries.

They’re growing their influencer and PR activity and are looking for someone who can build genuine creator relationships, spot opportunities and bring structure, creativity and fresh ideas to the team.

What you’ll be doing

This is a hands‑on role for someone with around 2 years’ experience in influencer marketing, PR, social, creator partnerships or a similar role.

You’ll:

• Research and identify relevant influencers and creators across TikTok and Instagram
• Build and maintain a structured influencer and PR database
• Manage creator relationships, communication and PR outreach
• Own the monthly PR box rollout, from creative concepts and recipient lists through to delivery and coverage
• Develop new ideas for gifting, seeding and PR opportunities
• Support influencer campaigns from outreach through to completion
• Manage creator outreach, deliverables and deadlines
• Build influencer guest lists and manage outreach for events
• Identify emerging creators, trends and potential brand advocates
• Monitor creator content, PR coverage and campaign results
• Work closely with the wider social team to amplify creator and PR activity

What experience are they looking for?

You’ll ideally have around 2 years’ relevant experience and be ready to take real ownership.

You’ll have:

• Experience in influencer marketing, PR, social or creator partnerships
• Experience with PR outreach and external communications
• Strong knowledge of the influencer and social landscape, particularly within beauty
• Experience building and managing creator relationships
• The ability to assess creators beyond follower numbers - considering engagement, audience, content quality and brand fit
• Strong organisation and project management skills
• A creative and commercially minded approach
• The confidence to bring new ideas and spot opportunities
• The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• A genuine passion for beauty, creators, social and PR
