The role involves a 12-hour shift pattern covering days and nights, supervision of staff, and supporting induction and training.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication, empathy and dignity in care.
• Ability to supervise and support staff with induction and training.
• Registered with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
