Salary: £12.85 to £13.05 per hour (higher range offered to applicants with qualifications in health and social care)

Overview of the role
The Team Leader provides support and guidance to a team of social care workers, ensuring the highest level of care and leading by example. You will liaise with senior staff in the home and report any concerns. You should have experience in the care sector and a willingness to learn and develop your skills. Beech Tree House is a large property in Holmer Green supporting up to eight young adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. It is situated in a semi-rural setting with local amenities, easy access to High Wycombe and Amersham, and offers tailored activities and regular trips to promote independence and confidence.
