Salary: £12.90 to £13.10 per hour (a higher range is offered to applicants with qualifications in health and social care)

Overview of the role
The Senior Social Care Worker is responsible for supporting and guiding a team of social care workers, ensuring the highest level of care and leading by example. You will liaise with senior staff in the home and report any concerns. You should have experience in the care sector, along with a willingness to learn and expand your knowledge. Your work will make a significant difference in people's lives, and you'll have opportunities for days out, trips, and activities, all aimed at ensuring residents are safe, happy, and lead fulfilling lives.

Location
White House is a large, detached home near Datchet, four miles east of Slough. It provides 24-hour care for up to nine residents with varying needs. The home encourages socialization and community involvement, with access to local amenities, transportation, and organized activities.
