Team and Client Work:

The social media team is part of the wider McCann agency, working on integrated client campaigns and managing your own portfolio. You will have access to the latest social media tools and channels.

Candidate Requirements:

Applicants should have at least five years of experience leading social media strategy and delivery within an agency setting. You must demonstrate exceptional social media knowledge, client management skills, and be comfortable developing plans and pitching new business.

Responsibilities:

  1. Planning, designing, implementing, and monitoring social media campaigns.
  2. Creating and managing social media content across various formats.
  3. Staying updated on social media trends and innovations.
  4. Developing marketing plans to enhance brand image and engagement.
  5. Managing social ad campaigns aligned with marketing strategies.
  6. Maintaining strong client relationships, including overseas travel.
  7. Leading the social media team, including direct reports and creative staff, coordinating activities to meet campaign goals.
  8. Tracking performance metrics and reporting results.
  9. Managing budgets and forecasts for social media accounts.
