Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SOC / IR Specialist who can hit the ground running to support an increased caseload. The role emphasizes day to day operational SOC activities-threat detection, triage, and incident response-over engineering or project implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational SOC support with a strong focus on real time threat detection, triage, and incident response.
• Lead and manage incident response activities across diverse environments.
• Develop and implement automation workflows and scripts using AI tooling to enhance SOC triage and response efficiency.
• Contribute to detection engineering, threat hunting, and proactive investigations as needed, while maintaining primary focus on operational SOC duties.
• Collaborate with SOC teams to ensure effective monitoring and response using Splunk and newly implemented 7AI platforms.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in SOC operations and incident response.
• Hands on expertise in at least two of the following areas:
• MacOS endpoints
• Linux OS in cloud environments
• Microservices & containerized environments
• Practical experience with AI tooling for SOC automation (workflow development, scripting).
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to work under pressure in high volume caseload environments.
• Familiarity with Splunk and exposure to 7AI implementation preferred.
