Job summary

Pybus Recruitment Ltd is recruiting on behalf of our client in Huddersfield for an experienced SMART Repair specialist. You will deliver high-quality SMART repairs across a range of vehicles in a fast-paced, customer-focused workshop.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years’ SMART repair experience, superb attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a supportive team. Excellent training and progression opportunities are on offer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ SMART repair experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail and pride in delivering top-quality work.
• Confident working independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a wide range of SMART repairs including: cosmetic paintwork, windscreen chip repairs, alloy wheel refurbishment.
• Ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards.
• Maximise productivity and support the smooth running of the workshop.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong working relationships.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste or improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate and compliant repair records.
• Work independently and as part of a supportive team.
