The role combines high-level professional expertise with management responsibilities, supervision and cross-team collaboration within the Trust.

• Governance processes implementation experience.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate governance activities across the SLT service in consultation with the Head of SLT service.
• Coordinate teaching and training activities across the SLT service and regional ECG plans.
• Provide specialist clinical leadership and supervision within the SLT team.
• Lead on development of departmental plans and education initiatives.
• Ensure governance standards and compliance across the Trust.
• Support information governance and data reporting for the service.
