Job summary
Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Specialist Speech & Language Therapist (Band 6) to join the staff bank. The role focuses on complex dysphagia, altered airways, and intensive care, with opportunities across acute and community settings in South East London.

Qualifications
- Band 6 level SLTs with specialist skills in management of complex dysphagia, altered airways and intensive care.
- Specialist skills in head and neck cancer including laryngectomy and surgical voice restoration.
- Experience in acute medicine, older adults, and neuro rehabilitation; service covers acute and community settings.
- Competence in videofluoroscopy and FEES is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialist Speech & Language Therapy input to patients with communication and swallowing disorders on a bank basis.
- Contribute to the Adult SLT service across Guy's and St Thomas' Hospitals and community services as needed.
