Job summary

Zest Recruitment Group partners with a well established food manufacturer to recruit a Head of Supply Chain to run a large and complex site. The role covers end-to-end leadership, strategic planning, capacity modelling, demand forecasting, and ERP system delivery.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, driving improvements across planning, production, logistics and materials management while ensuring safety, compliance and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in supply chain leadership on large, complex sites.
• Proven ability to develop capacity models and manage multiple suppliers and SKUs.
• Experience in ERP implementation and cross-functional team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain for a large site, including planning, production, logistics and materials management.
• Develop and execute strategic plans, capacity modelling and demand forecasting to support business growth.
• Drive cross-department collaboration, supplier and customer relationships, and ensure safety and compliance.
