Job summary

Fluor Corp is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to lead a major Operations and Management contract. You will apply extensive program management experience to ensure contract execution, performance, and cross-functional coordination across construction, maintenance, procurement, and plant operations.

This role requires a current TS/SCI clearance, polygraph history, and a proven track record in safety, cost control, and schedule management within complex programs.

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and eight years of related experience, or twelve years if non-degreed.
• Current active security clearance that meets customer access requirements.
• Minimum of two substantial EPFC/CM projects or equivalent leadership roles.
• Ability to manage diverse teams across design, procurement, construction and operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for a major Operations and Management contract.
• Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) requirements are emphasized throughout the project.
• Oversee PMO operations, reporting, and close-out documentation.
• Coordinate across design, procurement, material management, and construction teams.
• Manage cost and schedule, change control, and interfaces with third parties.
