This long-term opportunity is anchored to approximately 12 months of work with potential for extension, requiring meticulous attention to quality and detail.

The ideal candidate will have proven site management experience on luxury residential schemes, excellent communication and organisational skills, and strong subcontractor management.

Qualifications

• Previous Site Management experience.
• Experience on bespoke or high-end residential projects.
• Strong eye for detail and high-quality finishes.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong subcontractor and trades management experience.
• Relevant Site Management qualifications.
• Work-based references.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of high-value residential projects
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors and site activities
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard
• Monitor quality and attention to detail throughout the project
• Manage site progress, materials and labour
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and the wider project team
• Oversee snagging and ensure works are completed to the required standard
• Maintain site records and health & safety requirements
