Job summary

Bellway Homes is recruiting a Senior Site Manager for the Scotland West Division. You will oversee complex construction sites, ensuring health and safety, quality, and timely delivery. You will lead subcontractors and in-house teams, maintaining site standards and customer care throughout the build programme.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources across high-value developments in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience of working as a Site Manager with a high volume house builder.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and NHBC standards.
• Construction management qualifications are preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the development site with clear direction to the on-site team.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed and site compliance is maintained.
• Control costs, manage materials, and coordinate trades to deliver the programme on time.
