This role emphasizes safety, quality, and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate holds a CSCS card and SMSTS, with proven site management experience in construction and a professional qualification or progress toward CIOB or RICS membership.

Formación

• Must hold CSCS card and SMSTS.
• Demonstrable site management experience in construction.
• Professional body membership (CIOB/RICS) or working towards.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, health and safety and planning techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and motivate site teams to deliver projects safely, on time and to budget.
• Manage procurement, installation and commissioning activities across projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors and stakeholders.
• Plan and coordinate resources to meet project requirements and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental policies and best practices.
