The incumbent will lead construction projects valued up to £7m, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery while coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders. The candidate should hold a CSCS card and SMSTS, be professionally qualified or working toward CIOB or RICS, and demonstrate excellent communication and planning skills.

Qualifications

• CSCS card and SMSTS certification required.
• Experience in a site management role within construction.
• Professional qualification or aiming for CIOB/RICS membership.
• Strong communication and ability to influence at all levels and build relationships.
• Solid understanding of construction methods and health and safety management.

Responsibilities
