Job summary

BENNETT CONSTRUCTION is looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee operations for a project in London. You will manage site personnel, resolve issues, and coordinate with the Project and Quantity Surveyors to ensure project success on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering or related discipline and at least 5 years of Site Management experience. Responsibilities include maintaining site records, managing safety systems, and supporting project communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years Site Management experience.
• Proven track record of delivering large scale residential, commercial or refurbishment projects.
• Ability to handle financial and programmed planning elements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and personnel on site.
• Manage resolution of day-to-day site issues.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor.
• Schedule weekly work programmes and manage progress.
• Maintain site records according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

Skills

Strong commercial awareness

Excellent interpersonal skills

Hands-on experience with reinforced concrete

Hands-on experience with structural steel development

Education

Engineering degree/diploma or related discipline
