Job summary

Miller Homes is recruiting a Senior Site Manager for the South West region, based in Bridgwater. You will lead a development programme, coordinating on-site teams and subcontractors to meet construction targets in a safe, efficient manner.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Senior Site Manager or Project Manager in housebuilding.
• Stable work background, ideally with a PLC and handling 75+ units per year.
• Drive to win internal and external awards (NHBC, SH&E, Considerate Contractor).
• Able to oversee a site team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all site labour and sub-contractors follow the build programme.
• Ensure all site activities and sub-contract packages align with the Construction Phase Health & Safety Plan.
• Coordinate with Commercial to place and call off material and subcontract orders.
• Maintain communication with Senior Directors in liaison with Contracts Manager.
