Job summary

Miller Homes is seeking a Senior Site Manager for our Bridgwater development in the South West. You will lead on-site teams to deliver high-quality homes on schedule, maintaining safety and financial targets across a large site.

The role requires experience as a Senior Site Manager or Project Manager in housebuilding, with a track record of managing 75+ units per year, and a proactive approach to awards and industry recognition.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Senior Site Manager / Project Manager role within housebuilding.
• Stable work background, ideally with a PLC where you are used to 75+ units per year.
• Drive and ambition to win internal and external awards, e.g. NHBC, SH&E awards, Considerate Contractor

Responsibilities

• Ensure all labour on site including direct and sub-contract carry out their activities in accordance with the build programme.
• Ensure all site activities, direct labour and sub-contract packages are carried out in strict accordance with the Construction Phase Health & Safety Plan.
• Ensure, in liaison with the Commercial department, that all orders for materials, services and sub-contractors are in place and called off as required.
• Together with Contracts Manager, maintain communication with Senior Directors
