Hill McGlynn Recruitment is seeking a Senior Site Manager to lead the external façade package on a major construction project in Wolverhampton. You will be responsible for safe, efficient delivery, coordinating labour, specialist subcontractors, materials and logistics, and ensuring alignment with programme and contract requirements.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership in façade packages, strong EWI and render/brick-slip knowledge, and solid commercial awareness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager delivering external façade packages.
• Strong knowledge of External Wall Insulation (EWI) systems.
• Experience with render systems, brick slips, and weather-related constraints.
• Good commercial and contractual awareness and problem-solving.
• SMSTS certification and CSCS qualification; First Aid at Work would be advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Take full responsibility for day-to-day delivery of the subcontract works.
• Manage site operations, labour, subcontractors, materials and logistics.
• Plan, coordinate and sequence works in line with the programme.
• Identify and challenge unrealistic programmes, access issues and out-of-sequence work.
• Maintain accurate records supporting commercial submissions and progress.
