Job summary

Plymouth-based Site Manager position for a long-term refurbishment programme focused on facades, glazing and cladding remediation. You will support the Senior Site Manager and help ensure project delivery to safety, budget and schedule constraints.

Experience in external works (EWI, glazing, cladding) and a strong background in site coordination, with SMSTS/CSCS and First Aid at Work being highly desirable. This is a site-based role with long-term contract prospects on challenging schemes.

Qualifications

• Experience in external works (EWI, glazing, cladding) and building remediation.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work are desirable qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Sub-contractor engagement and co-ordination.
• Health & Safety inductions, RAMS checks and H&S packs.
• Inspections of alarms, temporary structures and project elements under change.
• Site logs, diaries and QA documentation must be maintained and updated.
