Job summary

Barrett Contract Services Ltd (BCS) require a Site Manager to oversee a large commercial office refurbishment in the Reading area. This contract will run to at least March 2027, with possible additional works.

Main works include a CAT A/CAT B fit-out to the 1st floor, with remedial works to the 2nd and 3rd floors. Duties include the daily running of site, inductions, directing subcontractors, maintaining health and safety, keeping progress records, and reporting to the contracts manager.

Qualifications

• SMSTS Cert
• CSCS Card
• First Aid certificate
• min 5 years site manager experience
• be from a interior/refurbishment background
• DBS issued within the last 3 months.would be advantageous
