Job summary

Keepmoat in Coventry seeks a Senior Site Manager to join the West Midlands team. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will safely and profitably plan, manage and control day-to-day site activities on site to meet or exceed the programme within the budgeted cost plan.

You will oversee all areas of the development, including Production, Quality, Cost Control and Company Care, and you will lead and motivate the site team and subcontractors to achieve objectives and fulfil potential, including

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building and health and safety legislation.
• Experience with Clerk of Works, Buildings or NHBC inspection roles.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and control day-to-day site activities to meet/exceed programme within budget.
• Oversee Production, Quality, Cost Control and Company Care to ensure profitability and customer focus.
• Lead and motivate the site team and subcontractors, and recruit when required.
