Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on design and build projects.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and site management best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all site activities including labour, plant, staff and equipment to meet project targets.
• Drive and monitor construction programme, anticipate risks and implement corrective actions.
• Lead site teams, monitor performance and develop skills.
• Maintain accurate site records and liaise with clients and stakeholders.
• Support Project Manager and take lead when required.
