• Valid SMSTS certificate required.
• Full UK Driving License is necessary.
• Extensive experience as a Site Manager with a House Builder.
• Proven track record of motivating staff and managing a site effectively.
• Up to date knowledge of health and safety obligations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
• Prepare and review the master build programme.
• Monitor progress of the build programme.
• Manage equipment, plant, staffing, and sub-contracts.
• Respond to queries from trades.
• Monitor performance of direct reports.

Extensive experience as a Site Manager
