Senior Site Manager

Warrington

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead the successful delivery of a range of general construction projects across Warrington and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven leader with a strong background in construction management to take ownership of challenging projects and drive them to completion on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations across multiple general construction projects.
• Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, and in line with company standards.
• Oversee quality control, health & safety compliance, and environmental requirements.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to site staff and supervisors.
• Monitor progress, prepare reports, and contribute to project planning.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager / Senior Site Manager on construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of general building and construction processes.
• Excellent leadership, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid).
• Strong commitment to health & safety and quality assurance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
