Job summary

Crest Recruitment seeks a Senior Site Manager or experienced Site Manager for on-site delivery of housing projects in Taunton and surrounding areas along the M5 corridor. You will manage projects exceeding 100 units, lead multi-disciplinary teams, and liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure quality and schedule adherence.

Ideal candidates have proven senior site management experience with a national PLC or regional house builder, strong leadership, and excellent organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Track record of delivering residential house-building projects.
• Professional qualification to an appropriate level.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and interface with clients.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• First Aid trained.
• SMSTS qualification.

Senior Site Manager/Site Manager – About you:

You will be a Senior Site Manager or experienced Site Manager, with a proven track record of delivering new build housing projects, working for a national PLC developer or regional developer/contractor; with experience delivering projects above 100 units in size.

• Demonstrable track record of residential house building project management
• Professional Qualification to an appropriate level
• Ability to lead and work with multi-disciplinary teams and interface with clients
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Excellent technical and practical knowledge and the ability to resolve important detail
• First Aid Trained
• SMSTS Qualified
