V7 Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to join a growing main contractor in the North West that focus on new build housing projects.

• Previous experience working on new build housing schemes is preferred
• Confident working in a No1 Senior Site Manager position
• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid certificates
• Strong leadership skills
• Proactive solutions provider
• Happy to travel across North West/Greater Manchester for work

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensuring projects are ran on schedule and that high standards of work are being maintained.
• Line Management for Subcontractors.
• Holding progress meetings with senior management.
• Managing the relationship with the client.
• Running projects within agreed timescales in line with the site programme.
• Managing direct labour and subcontractors ensuring they keep to the subcontractors agreement.
• Managing the delivery of materials making sure they are delivered in time with the planned programme.
• Managing Health & Safety on site.
