Job summary

A growing main contractor in the North West is seeking a Senior Site Manager to oversee new build housing projects. The successful candidate will ensure high standards of work and manage relationships with subcontractors and clients while maintaining project schedules and health & safety compliance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensuring projects are ran on schedule and that high standards of work are being maintained.
• Line Management for Subcontractors.
• Holding progress meetings with senior management.
• Managing the relationship with the client.
• Running projects within agreed timescales in line with the site programme.
• Managing direct labour and subcontractors ensuring they keep to the subcontractors agreement.
• Managing the delivery of materials making sure they are delivered in time with the planned programme.
• Managing Health & Safety on site.
